I. OVERALL DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a Senior Frontend Developer to build and optimize modern, scalable, and user-friendly web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong frontend development expertise, a proactive mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design, build, and maintain high-performance, reusable UI components for React-based frontend applications.
- Develop interactive quiz experiences within chatbot interfaces and seamless e-commerce integrations.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes into responsive, accessible interfaces.
- Work closely with Backend engineers to integrate frontend components with Python/C# APIs and services.
- Optimize application performance and responsiveness across multiple devices.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior frontend developers.
- Contribute to technical architecture decisions and frontend development standards.
III. REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of experience as a Frontend Developer or equivalent role.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Design, or a related field.
- Proficient in React — hooks, Context API, and state management solutions.
- Strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills with deep knowledge of modern ES6+ features.
- Experience with Micro-Frontend architecture.
- Hands-on experience setting up frontend testing environments (Jest, React Testing Library) and applying TDD for React applications.
- Familiarity with real-time communication protocols (WebSocket, Server-Sent Events) and cloud platforms (GCP, AWS).
- Proficient with frontend build tools: Webpack, Babel, Vite.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and experience working with MongoDB.
- Experience with Firebase, Google Analytics, and A/B testing in chatbot contexts.
- Strong debugging skills with the ability to analyze issues across frontend, backend, and APIs.
Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.), including:
- Fine-tuning LLMs to improve chatbot accuracy
- Latency optimization
- Using LangSmith to debug and optimize function-calling workflows
- Working knowledge of databases: MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MS SQL, RedShift, Redis, ElasticSearch.
- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, SSR, and SEO optimization.
- Experience building CMS, page builders, editors, or file management systems.
